INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS OF THE I.S.P.O. 20TH WORLD CONGRESS

The I.S.P.O. 20th World Congress will attract professionals in the rehabilitation fields of prosthetics and orthotics as well as mobility and assistive technology.

Together with the four National Member Societies Sweden, the Netherlands, Norway and the United Kingdom and the support of other regional ISPO societies, the World Congress ion Sweden will offer a high-quality four-day scientific programme presented by renowned international speakers.

At the same time, companies from all continents will showcase the entire spectrum of products and services in modern orthopaedic treatment and care in the international exhibition, which is at the very heart of the event.

Prices are for floor space only, minimum of 9 sqm required, all prices net. Additional environmental fee of 1.50 EUR/sqm will apply.

Special conditions apply to NGOs and start-ups

Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and start-ups (young innovative companies) benefit from the super early bird fee plus an additional discount of 100 EUR/sqm on the space rental fee.

Criteria for start-ups:

• no more than ten employees
• maximum annual turnover below 1,000,000 EUR
• no longer than 3 years in business at time of registration

In order to benefit from the discount, please present appropriate proof of entitlement. All requests must be approved by ISPO and may be refused in case of doubt.

Special Conditions for German Companies

German companies interested in exhibiting in Stockholm can register for the German Pavilion until 30 November 2024. Thanks to funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK), we can offer you particularly favourable conditions!

Stand construction

We offer different packages, which include stand construction, furniture, and electrical connection.

Exhibitors will be charged an additional 29 EUR/sqm structural inspection and approval of stands which they have erected themselves.
