We are looking forward to hosting the I.S.P.O. 20th World Congress from 16 to 19 June in the beautiful city of Stockholm!

2. Opening hours and stand set up
Set-up exhibitors:

Opening hours for the exhibition:
16 June 2025, 11:00 to 20:00 (including Welcome Reception 17:30 to 20:00)

Exhibitors will be able to access the exhibition hall at 8:00 am on each day with a valid exhibitor pass.

16 June 2025, 9:30 to 20:00 (Opening Ceremony 9:30 to 11:15 – exhibitors are welcome to join)
17 June 2025, 9:00 to 17:30
18 June 2025, 9:00 to 18:00

There are reduced rates available for exhibitor staff to attend the scientific congress. Please view under Special rates for exhibitor staff to attend the congress programme

3. Stand construction
To make your booth set up easy, complete stand construction packages will be offered by our colleagues from Leipziger Messe International. There are different packages available, ranging from basic to premium. Please see here for a detailed description and overview of prices (PDF, 448 kB) .
In order to book, please fill in the booking form and send it to: ispo@lm-international.com
For individual stand construction requests, our colleagues from Leipziger Messe International will be glad to assist. Alternatively, you can also bring an own stand constructor of your choice.

Freight Forwarder:
Please remember to contact a freight forwarder in time to request a proposal.
PRO MESSE-Service GmbH as the official nominated freight forwarder will handle all shipments. Alternatively, you can also appoint your own shipping company. Please note that this company will also have to take care of customs clearance.
Please check, if PRO MESSE can store your deliveries of third shipping companies after customs clearance. We recommend to contact Pro Messe Service by mid-March due to special customs rules for medical devices. The official freight forwarder shall be entitled to carry exhibits/booth material inside the facility, deal with customs and handle the collection and delivery of empty crates.

4. Exhibitor Portal
The Exhibitor portal is now available at: https://exhibitor.trippus.se
The Portal will enable you to:
- Register your booth staff and personalise exhibitor badges
- Purchase additional staff badges if necessary
- Add lunch options for staff members if needed
- Add reduced congress tickets for staff members to access the scientific congress (day passes or full tickets are available at a discounted rate for exhibitors)
- Add a free registration for the “City Hall Reception” that will take place Tuesday, 17 June (19 – 21:00 pm) for a limited number of two staff members
- Purchase lead scanning service and manage your leads during and after the congress.
Please note that co-exhibitors will receive an own link to the portal to register their staff.
The link to the portal will be sent to you by our local partner Travel Team.
They will ask you to set up an account for the portal and help if you have any technical issues or questions for the registration (for questions please contact

). To make the registration easy for you, they have put together

to help you to navigate you through the portal.
Collection of Badges
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to pick up their badges early on Sunday, 15 June, between 12 -15:00 at the exhibitor information desk in the reception area. The registration desk will further be open until 18:00 on Sunday. Should you arrive later, badge pick up will also be possible starting from Monday morning at 8:00. During set up, there is no badge required.
5. Accommodation
As hotels in Stockholm tend to be fully booked in June due to Midsommar celebrations and rates are expected to increase significantly coming closer to the event, we highly recommend you to take care of your accommodation as early as possible. To ensure availability, contingents and fixed rates have been blocked at several hotels near the event venue and downtown Stockholm. If you prefer to stay in the city centre of Stockholm, you will find a broad list of suggestions in the hotel portal, most of them are situated in the city centre close to central station. From central station, the commuter train takes you to Älvsjö station at Stockholmsmässan in only 9 minutes.
If you are looking for low-budget accommodation, you will find a list of hostels in the portal. No contingents are reserved there, so make your booking quickly!

6. Exhibitor workshops
As all available time slots are full, we will put your registration on a waiting list and contact you when a time slot becomes available.
Exhibitors are invited to offer individual workshops to the congress participants. 30-minute workshops are available from 490 EUR . You can select a topic of your choice.

We recommend to book your slot until 31 December, so we can include and promote your workshop in the Preliminary Programme.
7. Special rates for exhibitor staff to attend the congress programme
ISPO is offering discounted rates for exhibitor staff to attend the congress programme. You can choose between day tickets or full congress tickets at the below rates:
Congress day ticket - exhibitors
2,600 SEK instead of 3,300 SEK (~225 EUR)
Full congress ticket -exhbitors
5,000 SEK instead of 10,500 SEK (~435 EUR)
Please note an exhibitor pass is required to receive the discounted rate. Tickets can be purchased in the exhibitor registration portal that will open in February.
78. Sponsorship and advertising opportunities
Interested in becoming a sponsor of the World Congress? By committing to a sponsorship, you will not only support the activities of the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO) but also ensure a high visibility of your company presence.
For the highest visibility, become a level sponsor (PDF, 1 MB) . Packages include multiple benefits to ensure a strong corporate presence before and during the congress.

10. Promote your appearance at the World Congress
Please make sure you spread the word and inform your customers and professional networks about your participation in the I.S.P.O. 20th World Congress. Logos, banners and an email footer can be found in the download area of the congress website.
11. Social events
The following social events are planned:
Midsommar Welcome Reception
Monday, 16 June 2024, 17:30-20:00
Held in the exhibition hall on the opening day of the World Congress, the Welcome Reception will offer an opportunity to re-connect with friends and make new contacts while visiting exhibitors.
City Hall Reception
Tuesday, 17 June 2024, 19:00-21:00
The City of Stockholm is hosting a reception for the participants of the I.S.P.O. World Congress in Stockholm City Hall, most well-known for hosting the Nobel Prize banquet each year.
A limited number of tickets is reserved for the exhibitors. Pre-registration is required once the exhibitor portal is open. As there is only a limited number of tickets available, ISPO and the City of Stockholm kindly ask to consider the registration as binding. Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis.

12. Co-exhibitor registration
Co-exhibitors must be registered in your Leipziger Messe account. Please login into your account at Online Service Center and enter the company details of the co-exhibitor.
The fee for each co-exhibitor is 365.00 EUR and includes one additional exhibitor pass and an own entry in the online and printed exhibitor directory. Co-exhibitors will also receive an own link to the exhibitor registration portal to register their staff.
